I just tried TSK (The Shitty Knot) and it's still slow and stupid, so I'm here for the day. I may try again tonight from home to knot, but it's doubtful. The nasty nest layout is so grody compared to this nice simple format, AND we can click on the newest post button here and go right to where we left off in a thread! It's like heaven.

Yeah, the new knot is kind of meh. I think I will wait until I get back in 2 weeks and see if the kinks are worked out. I don't have the patience with it today with so much other stuff going on.

We're going to Australia - it's been hubby's dream for years and we've saved for quite a while to make it happen. I'm super excited but totally not ready - we're not even packed yet!

I am a little sad that I'll miss thanksgiving (and black Friday shopping!), but we're doing turkey at my parents for Christmas so that will help make up for it! What do you guys have planned for turkey day?

Well, last year J's sister was a bitch and 3/4, and his parents gave into her bitchiness, and there was a huge clusterfuck of a dinner at the country club, where we all had placecards and I sat away from my children. (LOOOOOoooong story). This year in all their passive-agressive brillliance they announced they are going out of town and all the kids are on their own for the holiday. They expected us to pitch a fit and beg them to stay, but we congratulated them for being so P/A and told them to have a great time. So, J has to be in the big TG Day parade in downtown Charlotte then he's coming up to myhouse in the afternoon, so I'll probably try to bake a tiny turkey for the two of us, as the girls will be with EX and Skankwhore for a few hours.

Australia sounds WAY better.

I'm hanging out all over the place, trying to get used to it all. Everyone seems kind of shell-shocked.

It's actually faster for me at work than it is at home; only thing I can figure is I use an older laptop and a wireless connection at home. There's parts I like, but it just seems disjointed. I want to hang there; its frustrating.

What is: she shits raw onions without shame. She never returns voicemails or emails. She's mean. And her office looks like a post war biohazard site.

What is: He talks to you while chewing on a pen, his fingernails look like petrified wood and he points at all his documents with said icky nails, he asks for help with something you already taught him to do because he's too stupid to write it down, he takes documents into the bathroom and then tries to pass them on to you, he eats lunch at his desk and chews obnoxiously loud, and he has the personality of a booger.

What is: they all (12 of them) only talk to my boobs, ask for one thing when they mean another and get pissed when you give them what they asked for, complain that they're not getting what they need but are too cheap to pay for anything, and two of them only complain about you behind your back and try to get you fired instead of bringing problems directly to you (when the other 10 guys don't have any problems). Ugh.
